The approximately 635m² large and spacious property with its Villa 135m² and Apart-Studio 30m² – both at ground level - are comfortable and well equipped. The Apart Studio is only for rent in addition with the Villa.

Because of the Villa's structure, two guests feel as comfortable in the house as families with up to eight people who might be in need of the two additional bedrooms and maybe the Apart-Studio.

The location in the upscale, palm-lined residential area of Costa Teguise offers both tranquility on the one side, and in walking distance shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, bank and beaches on the other side. 

The golf course is just a ten minute drive away as well as the former residence of the famous artist César Manrique, (now one of the cultural highlights of Lanzarote).
