Property management

The property is maintained by a German housekeeping couple. They speak German, Spanish and English. They will welcome the new guests on their arrival, hand them over the keys, they explain them the house and all the things to be observed in and around the house.

Once in a week they will check if everything is alright and look after the garden and the pool. If our guests intend to stay longer a weekly cleaning and linen change can easily be booked over us.

The housekeeper will bid farewell to the guests at the end of their stay, will collect the keys and check out if everything was alright.
