Apart-Studio

For some groups or a family, the three bedrooms of the villa do not offer enough space to sleep. In this case, the Apart-Studio can be rented, which is located outside the villa next to the pool.

The Apart-Studio can only be rented in combination with the villa, not separately. Therefore there are never two different parties on the property.

The size of the Apart Studio is 30 m², there is a doble bedroom, bathroom with toilet and a kitchen.

The bedroom has two large windows (covered with a mosquito net) in direction to the pool and a skylight in the ceiling. There are two separated beds (1.05 m m x 2.05 m), a large sliding wardrobe, a chest of drawers and more. 

A fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer has all the facilities you need for cooking.
The kitchen, as well as the bathroom, has electrically openable windows in the ceiling. The floors are tiled, the bathroom floor in a wooden look. 

The bathroom has a walk-in shower with folding glass shower doors, sink and toilet. The walls are tiled in white.
